By booking an appointment through the MLPC website or online booking system, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Appointment Booking
1.1 Appointments must be scheduled through the official MLPC booking system.
1.2 A valid mobile number is required for OTP verification to confirm your booking.
1.3 You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during booking.
1.4 A confirmation email will be sent once your appointment is successfully scheduled.
2 . Appointment Confirmation & Reminders
2.1 Once booked, you will receive:
- An appointment confirmation email
- A reminder 24 hours before the appointment
- A reminder 4 hours before the appointment
2.2 It is your responsibility to ensure that your contact details are correct.
3. Rescheduling & Cancellation
3.1 Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled subject to MLPC’s cancellation policy.
3.2 If you are unable to attend, you are requested to cancel or reschedule in advance to allow the slot to be offered to another client.
3.3 MLPC reserves the right to reschedule appointments in case of unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be informed accordingly.
4. Late Arrivals & No-Shows
4.1 Clients arriving late may have their session shortened to avoid impacting subsequent appointments.
4.2 Repeated no-shows may result in restricted future booking privileges.
5 . Payment Terms
5.1 Consultation fees, if applicable, will be communicated separately by MLPC.
5.2 MLPC reserves the right to introduce advance payment or deposit requirements if necessary.
6. Confidentiality
6.1 All consultations and client information are treated with strict confidentiality in accordance with professional ethical standards.
6.2 Appointment data collected through the booking system is used solely for scheduling and administrative purposes.
7 . Limitation of Liability
7.1 MLPC is not responsible for technical disruptions, internet failures, or system errors that may affect booking confirmation.
7.2 MLPC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to circumstances beyond its control.
8. Use of Booking System
8.1 The booking system must not be used for spam, fraudulent, or unlawful activities.
8.2 MLPC reserves the right to block users who misuse the system.
9. Amendments
MLPC may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the website.
