About MLP Consultancy

Mind Liberation Psychology Consultancy (MLPC) is a professional psycho-social and psychological services firm based in Maseru, Lesotho. We are dedicated to improving mental well-being, personal growth, and long-term behavioural change for individuals, families, groups, and organisations.

MLPC provides high-quality, evidence-based psychological interventions designed to empower people to better understand themselves, manage challenges effectively, and live healthier, more purposeful lives.

Who We Are

MLPC was established with the belief that the way people think directly influences how they feel and behave. By transforming thinking patterns, we help our clients achieve emotional balance, resilience, and positive behavioural change.

Our services are delivered by a qualified Counselling Psychologist, registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA), ensuring ethical, professional, and confidential care at all times.

How We Work

Our Approach

At MLPC, our approach is rooted in evidence-based psychology and a client-centred philosophy. We believe in long-term transformation rather than quick fixes, tailoring every intervention to meet the unique needs, goals, and circumstances of each client.

  • Personalised Care: Every client receives a tailored plan based on their emotional, behavioural, and situational needs.
  • Holistic Support: We address mental, emotional, and social factors to ensure comprehensive well-being.
  • Accessibility & Inclusivity: Services are offered in-person, telephonically, and through home visits to reach clients across urban and rural communities.
  • Evidence-Based Practices: All interventions are grounded in proven psychological techniques to ensure effective outcomes.
