The 16th Annual Lesotho Careers Expo is a nationwide career guidance initiative aimed at empowering high school learners with career information, motivation, and exposure to tertiary institutions and industry professionals.
The Expo will be hosted across five districts from Monday to Friday, engaging learners through keynote addresses, motivational talks, panel discussions, institutional exhibitions, and interactive career sessions.
Bringing Career Opportunities Closer to Students
The Careers Expo is designed to bridge the gap between learners and career opportunities. By travelling from Mokhotlong to Maseru, the initiative ensures that students in both rural and urban areas can access career guidance, educational resources, and professional insights.
Through interactive sessions, career talks, and direct engagement with institutions, students gain clarity, motivation, and direction for their academic and professional journeys.

This year’s Careers Expo focuses on empowering learners to take control of their futures. With the support of MLPC’s psychological and career guidance expertise, students are encouraged to explore their strengths, interests, and potential career paths.
